Use

In this IMG activity you assign a single user to a claim handler group. The claim handler groups are used when determining the screen sequences in the Claims Management system. You can find further information in the documentation of IMG activity Define Claim Handler Groups.

Note: If you want to assign multiple users to a claim handler group simultaneously, perform IMG activity Assign User to a Claim Handler Group (Mass Processing).

Requirements

You have executed IMG activity Define Claim Handler Groups.

Standard settings

Activities

To assign a user to a claim handler group:

  1. Call this IMG activity.
  2. Enter the user on the User Maintenance: Initial Screen. You can leave the Alias field blank.
  3. Select @0Z@ with the quick info text Change. The Change User screen appears.
  4. Select the Personalization tab page.
  5. Double-click on Claim Handler Group in the Claims Management System (with key ICL_USER_GROUP).
  6. On the next dialog screen use the F4 help to select a claim handler group and confirm with @01@ with the quick info text Save Assignment.

The user has now been assigned to the claim handler group that you selected.
