Use

In this IMG activity you create sample text modules that you want to use as a text template for notes.

In IMG activity Configure Text Templates for Notes you then define the text templates for notes on the basis of the text object, text ID and the sample text modules defined here.

Requirements

If you want to use own text objects and text IDs, you must have performed IMG activity Define Text Objects and Text IDs for Text Templates for Notes.

Standard settings

Activities

1. Enter a name for the text module.

   You can select an existing sample text module from the input help.

2. Assign the sample text module to a text object and a text ID.
3. Create or change the sample text module in the text editor.
4. Save your data.

Example

You create a text template Z_AUTO_TEMPLATE1 for text object ZNOTE and text ID AUTO.
