Use
In this IMG activity you define the number ranges for reserve lots.
You transport number range objects as follows:
Choose Interval -> Transport in the accounting document Number Range screen.
All intervals for the selected number range object are deleted in the target system first. After the import, only the intervals you export are present. The number statuses are imported with their values at the time of export.
Dependent tables are not transported or converted.
You should never import number ranges with internal number assignment into a live client. Number levels with a lower value are overwritten, meaning that the program tries to create objects that already exist.
Requirements
Standard settings
The standard SAP delivery includes number range 01 which is used in the program.
Activities
Check and, if necessary, change the number range that has been supplied.
