Use

In this IMG activity you define own categories for your sample text modules that you want to create in IMG activity Define SAPscript Sample Text Modules.

Requirements

Standard settings

This table contains entries that are used by the programs in the Claims Management component. Changing or deleting entries supplied by SAP constitutes a modification to the program. Such modifications are generally not necessary and should be avoided, as they can lead to errors.

You can create new entries in the customer namespace (identifier begins with "Y" or "Z"). These usually only have an effect on the component if you program using these values in the corresponding extensions of the program.

Activities

  1. On the SAPscript Settings initial screen select the Text Objects and IDs button and then the Change pushbutton.
  2. You can then define the following categories:

  • Text object

    Forms the higher-level category.

The key of the text object is freely selectable.

  • Text ID

Forms a sub-category within the text object.

    Note:

If you want to create sample modules as user-defined text modules for a form level of a claim document, you must use the exact same keys for the text IDs as predefined by the Claims Management system for subobject categories (in TICL013).

C = Claim subobject category Claim

D = Claim subobject category Damaged object

I = Claim subobject category Claim item

P = Claim subobject category Payment

PA = Claim subobject category Participants

S = Claim subobject category Subclaim

Example

You create the following categories for all sample text modules in the Claims Management system:

  • Higher-level category: Text object ICL for the Claims Management system
  • Lower-level categories for different claim subobjects:
    • Text ID S for subclaims
    • Text ID D for Damaged Objects
    • Text ID P for Payments
    • Text ID I for Claim Items
