Use

In this IMG activity you define which makes you want to use in the Claims Management system for each object category or damage category.

Make the following settings for each make:

  • Key
  • Name
  • You can specify different models for each make
  • Object type to which a defined model belongs
  • You can specify different categories of this model.

This field is for information purposes only. You can also use it for evaluations.

Requirements

If you want to use damage categories that are not delivered as standard by SAP, you must have created them in IMG activity Enhance Damage Categories.

You have performed IMG activity Define Type of Damaged or Insured Object.
