Use
In this IMG activity you assign sample text modules (Text Name field) to a text object and text ID that you have defined yourself (referred to as "category" hereafter).
A text object is only specified for description purposes. However, you should assign a text object to each combination of category and sample text module. This makes further customizing easier, because the F4 input help supports a search by category.
In IMG activity Configure Internal Claim Types, assign at claim header level a text object and category (text ID) to a procurement document category.
In the F4 input help in claims processing the system displays those sample text modules of the text object and the category for the relevant procurement document category (such as an invoice) that you assigned to this procurement document category.
Requirements
- You have defined the text objects and categories that you want to assign to sample text modules in IMG activity Define Text Objects and Text IDs for Sample Text Modules.
- You have created sample text modules in IMG activity Create SAPscript Sample Text Modules.
