Use

In this IMG activity you define the activities for use in Activity Management.

You can assign 0 to n activities to a task. You make this assignment in IMG activity Assign Activities to a Task. Each assigned activity is suitable for eliminating/rectifying the anomaly that led to the task being created.

Make the following settings for an activity:

  • Key of activity
  • Name of activity
  • Activity text

    This text is displayed to users on the interface.

  • You can indicate that selection of the activity implies completion of the task
  • You can indicate that this activity is relevant for task statistics.
  • You can assign a claim document to the activity.

    Example: If you assign a claim document here and at the same time define Correspondence as the navigation target, the system navigates to the Document screen when it executes the activity. From this screen you can send the relevant claim document.
