Use
The design of the Claims Management system enables enhancements, as the screen format and screen sequences are stored in control tables. Program logic can be inserted at fixed interfaces.
You can enhance the Claims Management system to include attributes and new tables. In addition, you can also enhance the field checks delivered by SAP.
You can find further information on these enhancement possibilities in the application help for the Business Data Toolset (BDT). Select the following path in the SAP Library: SAP NetWeaver Application Platform (SAP Web Application Server) -> Cross Services -> Business Data Toolset.
To get to the SAP Library, choose menu path Help -> SAP Library.
