Use
Executes the rules and actions that are to be executed for the current BRT event, dependent on the line of business and claim type. (BRT = Business Rule Tool)
Requirements
You use the BRT. At least one line of business exists.
Standard settings
No entries are available. If the BRT event is triggered, no rules are calculated, and no actions are executed.
Activities
The entries are dependent on the line of business and the claim type. On the initial screen for the BRT event, select the line of business. Then, enter either a rule and an action, or just an action, in every line on the maintenance screen. In the first cae, the action is only executed if the rule is true; in the latter case, the action is always executed.
You can also restrict the validity for each line to one claim type, by making an appropriate entry in the claim type column. If the claim type column remains empty, the line is valid for the entire line of business.
