Use

In this IMG activity you define the detail views for the insured objects. These detail views are views of the Business Data Toolset (BDT).

In the policy snapshot, all insured objects related to a contract are displayed in an overview on the Insured Objects tab page. You can navigate from this overview screen to the detail view for each insured object. There you can change the data for an insured object. Note: With insured persons, data is only displayed. Before you can change data, you must choose the Full Maintenance push button.

You define the detail views in this IMG activity, dependent on the category of insured object. For each category of insured object you can define two detail views, one for subscreen area 1 and one for subscreen area 2.

Via function module ICLC_ICL_POLS_CONTEXT_IOB_GET you get the required context information to identify the entry selected in the overview screen. This function module provides you with the following two parameters:

  • ES_CONTEXT:

    This structure is of the category ICL_POLS_INSOBJ_CONTEXT_S_UI.

    It contains the following data:

    • Current claim number
    • Policy version number
    • Number of the insured object currently to be processed
  • EV_PROPCAT:

    This field contains the category of the insured object.
