Use
In this IMG activity you can change all the BRF events known to the Business Rule Framework (BRF) and/or make your own settings for the relevant BRF event. In addition, in this activity you can register own BRF events with the BRF. For further information on the procedure for adding own BRF events, consult the application help under Claims Management -> Claim-> Structuring Business Processes -> Business Rule Framework (BRF) -> Use of Events in section Activities.
Events are the central entry point for using the BRF. In the Claims Management system, an event is implemented at certain business events (such as after storage of a document, when payments are transferred to the Collections & Disbursements system, if witnesses exist). If such a business event is encountered during processing of a claim, the event is triggered.
You can define one or several rules for each event. You do this in IMG activity Define Rules.
