Use

In this IMG activity you define actions for the Business Rule Framework (BRF).

Actions are always executed if one of the following rules in the BRF applies:

  • Rule according to formula: if <expression>) = TRUE then <action>

    In other words, if a condition defined by <expression> delivers the result TRUE, the assigned <action> is executed.

  • Rule contains no expression but an action

The Claims Management system provides the following action types:

  • Call function module
  • Output message
  • Output prompting text
  • Create entry in activity log
  • Create task
  • Create coverage referral
  • Trigger BOR event
  • Undo task
  • Start workflow
  • Document proposal
