You create fund types per fund area.

Activities

Make the following specifications:

  • FM area
  • Six-character alphanumeric key to act as an identifier
  • Text of up to 35 characters giving a more detailed description
  • Whether the fund type is internal, external, or auxiliary
    • Internal funds handle cost charing in GM. You can have as many of these as you require.
    • Each grant must have one external fund. It handles money from the sponsor.
    • The auxiliary fund type is reserved for future use. Do not use it at this time.
