Use

Use this step to create and edit the strategy for deriving operations in Expenditure Certification (PSM-EC). This creates the link between documents and operations.

Requirements

Standard settings

Activities

You must enter at least one derivation step. You can do this in one of the following ways:

  1. Choose New Entries and select Derivation Rule in the popup.
  2. Enter a description for the new step, then enter the source fields you require. The target field must be Operation.

Alternatively, if, for example, all your WBS elements should be linked with the same operation, you can proceed as follows:

  1. Choose New Entries and select Assignment in the popup.
  2. Enter a description for the new step, then enter the origin data. The target field must be Operation.
