Use
In this IMG activity you create the templates for e-mail notifications. During the reconciliation, you can use these templates to create e-mails for frequently recurring queries efficiently.
The templates can contain text symbols that the program then replaces automatically with current data.
Text symbols permitted
Symbols for use in the title of the e-mail (Re: line):
&0C& or &12& for the own company
&0P& or &21& for the partner company
&0_KEY_DT& or &99999999& for the key date of the reconciliation
Symbols for use in the text of the e-mail:
&0C& for the own company
&0P& for the partner company
&0_KEY_DT& for the key date of the reconciliation
&0_RECEIVABLES& for the customer items selected
&0_PAYABLES& for the vendor items selected
&0_MATCHED_DOCS& for the document groups selected
The symbols for the items and document groups selected must be in a separate line.
