Since the changeover runtime is also influenced by the number of reports you have (whether with or without frozen report data or summarization data), you should delete any reports, frozen report data, or summarization data that is no longer required before the changeover takes place.
Before the changeover, you should delete or carry out old reports that have not been regenerated so that they are generated anew.
This is necessary because reports that have not been generated can lead to a termination of the Euro changeover. To check that all reports have been generated, the program RKEB0902_40 should in any case run successfully in the phase ANALYZE. If a termination occurs during an automatic run, you should start the program again manually using the variant SAP&EWUCOPAAN. All operations necessary for translation can be performed using this variant, without any data being changed. Reports that would otherwise prevent the changeover lead to a short dump from which you can access information about the main cause of the termination. Remedy this cause and start the program again. If the program now runs successfully, there should not be any problems thereafter with the actual changeover.
