In this activity, program RFFMS002 reconciles the Cash Budget Management totals records with the relevant line items.
As part of the changeover from local currencies to the euro, this program matches the FM area currency amounts in tables FMEP (line items) and FMSU (totals records) and adapts FMSU as required.
You must select Update to totals record table so that the data remains consistent after the local currency changeover.
Timing the Program Run
Within the framework of the euro conversion, you can run the program at any time after conversion (for example, at night or at the weekend).
Further notes
- You should only run the program in background processing.
- If you are using this program as part of the changeover process from a local currency to the euro, you must NOT enter any constraints on the master data selection.
- While the program is running, you must not make any postings which generate Cash Budget Management documents (such as purchase orders, FI postings, or funds reservations).
