Preparations for External Heating Expenses Settlement
You have the following option:
- Post the settlement results of an imported D-tape into the system before local currency changeover. In other words, carry out the external heating expenses settlement for the imported D-tape before local currency changeover.
- Use the "Reset D-tape" function instead of making a posting. After local currency changeover, the amounts on the D-tape have to be euro amounts. Ask the settlement company to provide you with a tape.
No postings should be made during changeover.
