In this IMG activity you archive as much data as possible in Overhead Cost Controlling. This helps you to avoid long run times during the conversion.
The following data exists in CO-OM:
- Settlement documents
- Orders
- Cost centers (plan- and actual data from previous years)
- Line items
Activities
- Select the data that you are allowed to archive.
- Execute the archiving.
Further notes
Note the following when you execute your archiving:
- The SAP system does not convert the archive data to euro.
- It is not possible to reload archived data back into CO-OM.
