The values defined in this Customizing activity are set as default values for the input help when you want change the status of a return part item.
Requirements
You have defined statuses of parts to be returned used in the back-end system in the Customizing activity Define Status for Parts to be Returned.
The statuses you define for the dealer portal must also be defined for the back-end system in the Customizing activity Define Status for Parts to be Returned (statuses for parts to be returned from the claimant).
