Here you can maintain the relevance of documents from the Sales and Distribution (SD) component for the following areas:
Terminal Automation System Interface (TAS)
Transportation Planning Interface (TPI)
Trader's and Scheduler's Workbench (TSW)
Interface for Delivery Confirmation Processing
Customer Capacity Group Assignment
You use these Customizing settings to make certain data in SD documents relevant to processes in these areas. The system determines the application relevance of the data fields in the order of importance, starting with the most important at the top of the screen. You can change the sequence of the fields, that is, their level of relevance in the Relevancy fields maintenance view. If you select the Wldcrd (wildcard) indicator in the Relevant document types view, you can select any value. During relevance determination, the system searches for the most appropriate entry according to the sequence of the fields in the table.

Activities
First, in the Relevant document types view enter the application for which the relevancy type is to be determined. Next, in the Relevancy fields view enter the fields and their relevance rank which the system uses when determining the relevance. This ranking determines the order of importance during relevance determination and the order of appearance of these fields in this customizing transaction. Fields that are not ranked in this table are not displayed in this customizing transaction.
After saving enter the values or wildcards "*" for the fields in the Relevancy view.
