Use
Defining individual form classes is best attempted by developers with extensive ABAP experience and is only recommended if a customer developed their own application. For example, changing standard form classes amounts to a system modification.
Take advantage of user exits in application forms for undertaking changes.
The standard SAP delivery package includes form classes with the corresponding data procurement routines for each work area.
Example
Some possible form classes are:
- Bill
- Dunning notice
- Welcome letter

Activities
Check whether the data hierarchy of the form class is sufficient for the corresponding printout. If this is not the case, you need to discuss with SAP on how the form class is to be enhanced.
