Recommendation

Use the data provided in the standard system. This means you do not have to perform further activities.

If you want to make changes to forms, copy a SAP form and make changes to the copy.

Activities

  1. Check the standard SAP forms and the extent to which you have to change these.
  2. Enter the standard form that you want to copy.
  3. Choose Form -> Create/Change to obtain the header data of the form.
  4. Choose Form -> Save as... and enter the name of the new form.
  5. Edit and activate the new form.
