General Information on the Transfer Category for Facilities
You use this transfer category to transfer facilities into the SAP system. The facilities are stored in a flat structure, which means there is no header and item structure. One record is transferred for each facility.
Receiver Structure
The receiver structure contains the key fields of the original objects, and additional fields.
Special Features
AKTYP (Activity category): In this field you specify the activity category (meaning the value 01 for create, or 02 for change). Depending on the value of this field, field CHIND (change indicator) is filled automatically.
DLZFB (term of facility to) and SBAW (validity date indicator): In field DLZFB you enter the exact point in time up to which the facility is to be valid. Fill field SBAW if the facility does not have a time limit. Hence you have to make an entry in one of these fields. You cannot fill both fields.
FAZID (facilities ID), FKTXT (short text for the facility) and FAZID_NAME (long name of the facility): In field FAZID enter the external facility ID, in field FKTXT enter a short name, and in field FAZID_NAME enter a long name.

Facilities are available in SEM Banking only.
Interaction with Other Transfer Categories
If you have activated automatic financial object integration for facilities in your system, financial objects are automatically created also for those facilities that are imported using electronic data transfer. If you have not activated this, you are able to import the financial objects via the EDT after you have imported the facilities.
