You can delete a chart of accounts along with all its accounts and definitions.
Caution
The chart of accounts must no longer be in use. That is, if applications in Sales and Distribution, Controlling, Asset Management, the Special Purpose Ledger or Financial Accounting refer to the chart of accounts, the system does not delete it.
The chart of accounts cannot be assigned to a company code in Financial Accounting, for example, or a controlling area in cost accounting cannot refer to the chart of accounts.
The associated tables may not be maintained by another user at the same time and thus blocked.
Activity
Delete the desired charts of accounts.
