In this activity, you assign copy procedures to warranty claim types. Within one warranty claim type, you can define different procedures, depending on which category (source category) you wish to copy to which category (target category).

You can also specify, for each entry, whether the prices of individual item types are also to be copied or not.

Use

If you do not specify a copy procedure, all field contents are copied, with the exception of technical fields such as the GUID.

Standard settings

In the standard system, the copy procedure C1 is assigned to the warranty claim types 0002 and 0005.
