In this activity you use report program RFBVALL_0 to transfer bank master data to the R/3 System from an ASCII file.
This is currently possible for the following countries:
Austria, Germany, Spain, Italy, Canada, Great Britain, South Africa, Switzerland, and Denmark.
You can also use the program to import additional file formats for other countries. For information on how to define additional formats, see the documentation for report program RFBVALL_0.
Activities
Copy the bank master data and note the special functions of the individual country-specific reports described in the report documentation. For more information, see the documentation for report program RFBVALL_0.
Additional information
When you copy the bank master data, some house bank data is also copied, such as bank key, bank country, bank name, or bank number. You can enter any house bank data that is missing in the Define House Banks activity.
The addresses for the overall bank number file in each country are contained in note number 0132012 in OSS.
