In this workstep, you create a repetitive manufacturing profile for the production backflush.
While the Repetitive Manufacturing Assistent leads you through all settings, in this workstep you create all the parameters of a profile.
You can also change or copy existing repetitive manufacturing profiles.

Activities
To create a repetitive manufacturing profile, carry out the following steps:
- Enter the name of the profile and the description.
- Assign an order type.
The order type for make-to-order repetitive manufacturing is SA. The order type for make-to-stock repetitive manufacturing is PKMN. This order type controls that the product cost collector for Cost Object Controlling is created by the user.
- Only maintain the batch and stock determination in the control data for the production backflush.
- Enter the movement types.
As far as possible, use the provided movement types. You only use the additional movement types for the make-to-order scenario for the non-valuated individual customer stock. For the valuated individual customer stock use the movement types for make-to-stock production.
- Save your profile.
Save the repetitive manufacturing profile in the material master record. You can also decide per material which variant of repetitive manufacturing you want to use.
