In this step, you define the number ranges for packing instruction
determination records. On creating a packing instruction determination record, the system
automatically assigns a sequence number from the defined number range.
Transport
Number range objects can be transported as follows:
In the initial screen, select Interval -> Transport.
Make sure that all the intervals for the selected number range object are deleted beforehand in the target system, so that only the exported die exportierten Intervalle vorhanden sind. The system does not transport or convert dependent tables.
Activities
In order to define a number range, you must insert a new number interval:
- For an internal number range, use the interval '1'.
- Enter limits for the number interval. The indvidual number intervals must not overlap. Each number can only occur once.
