You use this function to test the print function of the Supplier Workplace.

You can analyze why a user of the Supplier Workplace cannot print by entering the corresponding business process and the application data belonging to the document.

The Testtool first checks the settings for the printing of the business process. Then it calls up message determination (it would be called up the same way from the corresponding function of the Supplier Workplace) and displays which message determination schema it used. You can also see which condition records the system determined.

In a list, you can view all existing errors and proposals for how to correct them. If you were able to correct the errors, the system simulates the printing process and checks whether is was possible fo create a PDF file.
