Follow the steps below to define who receives the work item:
- In the Maintain Task screen, choose Task -> Display.
- Choose Additional data -> Agent assignment -> Maintain.
- Choose Edit -> Attributes and a dialog box appears.
All users are permitted as agents but you can define the agents more exactly. For example, you can define the organizational unit in your enterprise as the agent. Note that the agent for changing the master contract must be contained in the defined unit.
The recipient of a work item can either edit it themselves or forward it to the relevant agent.
The assignments made here are client-specific.
