In this menu option you define the document categories that may be part of a group of deliveries and the number range from which the number is to be assigned for a group of deliveries.

When creating deliveries in collective processing the SAP System automatically sets up a group for these deliveries and assigns a number to the group.

You can also manually group together deliveries.

2. Specify these document categories and the number range for the group of deliveries.
