In this IMG step, you determine the sequence of views and define the initial view. When the overview is displayed, the system will automatically select the initial view. The user will be able to select the other possible views of the conditions records.

The sequence is geared towards the importance of the various views. If you use considerably more views than those predefined in the standard system, then the most important views are displayed directly on the screen, while the others can be viewed by scrolling.

Actions

  1. Define the views in their sequence of importance, if you want to view them in a different order than that offered in the standard system.
  2. Select a view to be the initial view.
