In this menu option, you define the possible business forms which a customer can have (for example, corporation or limited liability company).
You specify the business form in the general data of the customer master record as part of the marketing information. This means that the specification of a business form is valid for all sales areas.
When processing a sales activity, you can display the business form of the customer. To do this, call up the customer master data as additional information in the sales activity.
Actions
- Specify an alphanumeric key which can have up to 2 characters and a description for the business forms.
- Make sure that the business forms are entered in the customer master records.
