Standard settings

The following SmartForms are included in the standard system:

  • Pass for means of transport
  • Pass for visitors

Activities

You can copy these standard forms and use the copy as a template to substitute your own forms for the standard ones in this activity as follows:

  • Call up the SMARTFORMS transaction, copy the form you want to change and assign a name to the new form you want to create.
  • Modify the form you copied.
  • Save and activate the new form.
  • Enter the form's name after the corresponding form type.

Further notes

A form type can only be printed in one language.
