Use
In this IMG activity, you define a layout enabling you to define the number and names of the quantity fields in the confirmation. Here you can further subdivide the quantity fields in order to enter different scrap types separately, for example.
This IMG activity is relevant to the following confirmation transactions only:
- Wage ticket (single-screen entry) CO11N/COR6N
- Confirmation of production/process order (order header) CO15/CORK
- Display confirmation CO14/CORT
- Cancel confirmation CO13/CORS
Requirements
Standard settings
If you do not make any settings here, the system offers you the quantity fields Yield, Scrap and Rework as the standard setting in the confirmation.
Activities
- Define layouts:
Enter the name of the layout and a description.
- Assign quantities/errors:
In the confirmation, the three quantity types "yield", "scrap", and "rework" are generally offered. You can confirm quantities for these. For each of these quantity types, you can define additional input fields. In doing so, you must note the following:
- Create at least one entry for each quantity type for which you want to enter quantities.
- For each entry, stipulate the position at which the entry is to be displayed in the confirmation in the Sequence field.
- For each entry, specify in the Quantity Description field how the quantity field is to be referred to in the confirmation.
- Specify in the Display field whether or not the new quantity field is to be displayed in the confirmation.
- Specify how the system is to process the number of defects (defect count).
- Enter the code group, code, and cause (reason).
- When you specify a code, the system creates a corresponding quality notification for the order. If you specify a cause, the system can set a user status in the order.
- You assign this layout to a plant and an ID in the following IMG activity.
Example
Scrap is to be entered on the wage ticket. In the process, you wish to differentiate between scratched and bent parts. You can create one entry for each of the two scrap types. The text that you specify in the Quantity Description field is then displayed on the time ticket. On the time ticket, you can then enter quantities for each of the two scrap fields Scratched Parts and Bent Parts (for example, 5 pc and 3 pc).
