In this menu option you can define profiles which determine the data to be displayed in the missing parts list and how it is displayed.
You can define the following parameters in a profile:
- Specifications as to how the list is formatted
- You can, for example, define the width of the columns, influence the grouping of the fields and determine whether the values are to be displayed as percentage rates.
- Displayed fields
- You can specify via a subprofile which fields are displayed when you call up a missing parts list (Extras -> Fields).
- Sort criteria
- You can specify via a subprofile how the fields are sorted when you call up a missing parts list (Extras -> Sort criteria).
- Grouping criteria
- You can specify via a subprofile how the fields are grouped together when calling the missing parts list (Extras -> Grouping criteria).
- General filters
- Via a report variant, you can store selection conditions for material, plant, MRP controller and requirements date (Extras -> Set filters -> General filters).
- User filter
- Via a report variant, you can store selection conditions for fields from the reservation (Details -> Set filter -> User filters).
- Status filters
- In addition, you can make the selection of a material dependent on the status of the respective reservation. This is done using a selection profile (Details -> Set filter -> User filters).
- Indicator "Protected"
- With this indicator, you can specify that only the last person to change the profile may also maintain the profile.
- Indicator "Cannot be changed"
- With this indicator, you determine that changes to the profile may only be carried out in the configuration menu of Production Activity Control.
