In the initial screen for the planning run, you can use creation indicators to determine whether purchase requisitions are always to be created in the planning run or whether they are only to be created in the opening period, or whether schedule lines are to be created, and so on.
In this step, you can define special creation indicators for the MRP groups:
- creation indicators for purchase requisitions
- creation indicators for MRP lists
- creation indicators for schedule lines
The values specifies here are taken into account when carrying out the planning run.
The following is valid for total planning:
The creation indicators that are manually entered in the initial screen at the start of the planning run are only default values. They are only valid if the system finds no creation indicators via the MRP group.
The following is valid for single-item planning:
In this instance, only the settings on the initial screen are valid. The settings in Customizing are ignored.
