In this step, you can display and extend the selection list of the layout reports for evaluation structures.
Select a layout report from this list when changing an evaluation structure and assign it to the evaluation structure. You can make this assignment in the definition screen for the evaluation structure via Edit -> Technical info.
Default settings
The standard layout report for the evaluation structures of the Logistics Information System is layout report 33AAREPO.
Caution
You have to have created the layout reports which you define in this step for the standard library 3AA.
Actions
To include further layout reports for evaluation structures in the selection list, choose Edit -> New entries.

- Report
In a report, data from a database is edited in list form.
You can define the structure of a report yourself. In this case, you can make the following specifications:
- general selection of characteristics for the report
- selection of characteristics for the rows and columns
- selection of key figures for the columns
- subtotals that are to be created in the rows and columns in each case
The layout of a report is determined by layout parameters. The standard layouts contain default values for the layout parameters. You can define standard layouts independent of a report.
- Library
If you have defined a report, you must allocate it to a library.
The library determines which database fields may be used in a report.
- Report Group
Executing a report occurs via a report group. Within the framework of the flexible analyses, one report group contains exactly one report.
The report names are unique only in conjunction with the library name, whereas a report group is uniquely identifiable by its name only.
