In this activity you can check the assignment of update groups . The system checks for a selection whether each customer and each document type has been assigned an update group. It also checks whether an update group exists for possible combinations of customer and document type. Combinations that are covered by
The results are displayed in tree form, if you are working online, and as a simple list, if the report is started as a batch job.

Recommendation
Take care when choosing the selection conditions. If you do not restrict your selection sufficiently, large quantities of data are processed. This may take a long time.
Activities
You can decide on the selection whether to check at header level or item level. Note that the report only lists customers, document types, and combinations for which no update group has been assigned. It does not give you information about existing assignments. If you require more information use the activities
You assign customers and document types to update groups by using statistic groups that you define in Customizing for the Logistics Information System under Statistic Groups. You assign these statistic groups to the individual objects, for instance customer, when you edit these objects.
