In this step, you start program RFFMRP56 which reconstructs the actual data in Cash Budget Management, based on the documents from the funds reservation. Before doing this, the program deletes all funds reservation documents.
Carry out the actual data reconstruction in background processing.
Recommendation
You should perform this reconstruction if the actual data based on the funds reservation has been partly deleted or wrongly maintained.
Requirements
- Back up your data.
- Ensure that no other activities will be carried out in the system during the actual data reconstruction. To do this, block your company codes against further postings by closing the relevant periods. Read "Open and close posting periods" in the Financial Accounting Implementation Guide for more details.
