In this step, you can start the program which deletes plan data in Cash Budget Management. You must delete the data for the whole FM area.

You should only use this program:

• if you are still in the test phase and want to delete your test data before the production startup.

Requirements

• Back up your data
• Before deleting the plan data, you should deactivate the FM area. You do this by deactivating all the company codes to which you have assigned this FM area. For more information, go to the Cash Budget Management implementation guide and read "Activate/deactivate Cash Budget Management".

Activities

Delete the plan data from the FM areas in question.
