In this step, you can set up new plan versions across FM areas, or change the names for existing plan versions. Plan versions must exist before you can allocate plan values in the Cash Budget Managment application menu. Planning is always based on a particular plan version.
Example
Plan version 0 is the original financial budget for the current fiscal year (FY).
Plan version 1 is the best case financial budget for the current FY
Plan version 2 is the worst case financial budget for the current FY
Standard settings
The standard system includes plan versions 0, 1 and 2.
Activities
Check whether you can work with the three plan versions included in the standard system. If you need additional plan versions, you can define them by choosing Edit -> New entries.
