In this step, you can use a selection screen to specify a quantity of stored report data. The system displays an overview from which you can then delete the data.
You can select obsolete data for deletion by entering a fiscal year, period and period/year in the selection fields provided. This prevents an overflow in the storage table.
Example
You have used a report which compares the commitment/actual data with your annual budget to generate report data for FM areas F1, F2 and F3 for each of the years 1993, 1994 and 1995. You can now specify a a report name and enter, for example, 1993 to delete the 1993 report data for the said FM areas.
