In this step, you start the program for deleting budget data in Funds Management.

You can use this program in the following situations:

  • If you are still in the test phase and you want to delete your test data before the production startup
  • If you have transferred budget for a future year to the production system using batch input and you want to delete the budget data for this year again.

Activities

  1. Determine to what extent the budget data should be deleted in Funds Management Government.
  2. Determine whether the system should output an overview of the data deleted for the current selection during a test run.
