Use

A number of interfaces for customer-defined functional enhancements exist for variant configuration. The enhancements were created by SAP using transaction SMOD.

You can use the functional enhancements by creating a project for SAP enhancements (transaction CMOD).

When you call project management, choose Utilities -> SAP enhancements on the initial screen.

Perform a generic search using enhancement 'CCUX*'. You can call the documentation for the enhancements you find.
