The JIT process includes several customer exits. The following list gives you an overview of the enhancements available and a short description of the customer exits. For detailed documentation see the SAP enhancements project management.
- JIT14_01: mapping IDoc data
Used for the customer-specific assignment of the IDoc data fields to the JIT tables.
- JIT03_06: check digit determination
Checks the external call number (production number) using a check digit.
- JIT03_07: components group material determination
When a call is received, the system assigns each call component to a components group. Using this enhancement you can achieve a complex logic for the assignment.
- JIT04_01: action control
- Exit before each action (PRE)
- Used to adapt the data before an action is carried out.
- Exit after each action (POST)
- Used to adapt the data after an action is carried out.
- JIT03_03: printing using an action call
- Print component list
- Used for the user-specific printing of a component list, for example, when transferring to production.
- Print pick list
- Used for the user-specific printing of a pick list, for example after completion from production
- JIT11_01: component determination - selection of components
Used to select the assembly-relevant components for printing the component list.
- JIT04_04: grouping information
Using the grouping information you can put specific components groups
together in a group. This grouping allows an efficient selection of components groups for delivering or defining a sequence using the grouping index.
- Scheduling with action PIN
- Used to schedule the components groups with the grouping information when being transferred to production.
- Scheduling with action POUT
- Used to schedule the components groups with the grouping information when completed in production.
- JIT03_08: material movements
- Carry out material movements
- Used to realize alternative goods movements in the backflush.
- Modification of backflush data
- Used to modify the data for the backflush.
- JIT03_02: increase delivery items
Used to include further data in the delivery item.
- JIT00_02: supplying JIT monitoring with user-data
Used to display further columns in JIT monitoring and to fill these with data.
- JIT00_01: supplying the component requirements list with user- data.
Used to display further columns in the component requirements list and to fill these with data
- JIT00_03: modification of the archiving data
Used to individually modify and select the data to be archived.
- JIT03_01: sorting the header and item data (transaction JITM and JITF).
Used to individually sort calls or components groups in JIT monitoring in the progress confirmation.
- JIT03_05: delivery scheduling
Used to realize a complex determination of the planned delivery date.
- JIT10_01: JIT cockpit - display component list in HTML format.
Used to individually display component data in the graphic progress confirmation in the JIT cockpit (HTML format).
- JIT10_02: linking the workflow to the signal monitor
Used to trigger the SAP Business Workflow, if the EDI signals exceed a specific time interval.
- JIT02_01
Used to change or complete the status correction, with which you can change, if necessary, the status of a call without considering the business dependencies.
- JIT03_02
Used to create handling units (HUs) for the delivery to define your own packing instructions and to include specific delivery elements in the delivery.
