In this step you define which message concerning a work area is to be sent to the responsible clerk. You can also set various attributes for the message, such as
- send as express document
- ToDo
- ...
Standard settings
SAP supplies messages for all work areas. You can copy the messages to the clients you need using report RSTXTCPY. Enter the selection parameters as follows:
Text name <Contract type><Work area> e.g. 2WTIZ
Language E
Text ID WWDV
Source client 000 (usually)
Text name for target client
Action log X
Object name R3VV
The message is sent to the current user.
Activities
- Choose the work area you want to edit.
- You can assign various attributes to the message.
- Choose 'Text', to maintain the message.
Further notes
The message is only sent to the clerk who last changed the loan master record; otherwise to the clerk who created the master record.
When you change messages, you should note that you can only use the text variables for a message in a particular work area, if these text variables are also used in the sample text for the work area.
In loans management, you can use the following variables:
VZWDVL-TEXT1 contract number
VZWDVL-DATUM1 monitoring date
VZWDVL-TEXT2 flow type (only for AVIS)
