In this section you define the lead time for the work areas specified by SAP. The lead time describes how far in advance a message is sent to the responsible clerk as a reminder of a deadline in the future.
Example
For work area FEST, you enter a lead time of ten days. If the fixed period ends on 20th March 1997, the responsible clerk will be reminded of this deadline on 10th March 1997.
Standard settings
SAP supports the following work areas:
VFEU Drawing restriction until
FEST Fixed period end
KUEN Lender notice
AVIS Pmnt advice due date
KRES Interested party - Condition reservation
All other work areas are not supported!
Activities
- Choose the work area you want to edit.
- Enter the lead time.
- Save your entries.
Further notes
If you do not want to define a lead time, leave the relevant fields blank.
