Use

In this IMG activity you define which plausibility checks are to be carried out for which products and activities (Plausibility Category). In this context the system only checks whether the relevant data has been maintained. You can run plausibility checks in this way for the following objects:

  1. File
  2. Object
  3. Encumbrance
  4. Conditions

Note

If the link to CMS is activated, in the business operation Disbursement the system checks whether an object and/or an encumbrance exists in the Collateral Management System (CMS).

Activities

  1. To enter new data records choose New Entries.
  2. Make the following entries for each row:
    1. Choose a product type (PTyp)
    2. Choose a plausibility category (PlausiCat)
    3. Define for which object the plausibility checks are to be executed (File, Object; Enc., Cond.).
    4. Save your entries.
